Friday only and Saturday only options are not available in October or November, our prime event months, unless there is an opening within 3 months of the date.
*Renters must submit a signed rental contract and submit a copy of the paying party's driver's license with their booking deposit. Failure to do so at the time of the non-refundable booking deposit still holds the Renters accountable for venue policies and all terms outlined in the contract, including the non-refundable deposit.
We are pleased to offer you an amazing price for 3500 sq ft of barn space, 2 dressing rooms, 3 bathrooms, a courtyard, a getaway lane, tables, chairs, a decor room, a kitchen (with sink, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, and warming unit), 3 buffet tables, a projector and screen, 5 ceremony sites, and endless photographic spots among the 1893 homestead, vintage vehicles, pecan trees, and rolling hills on a 30 acre view.
Thank you for understanding that the size of your party does not affect our rental rates and that there are minimal fees based on day of week so that our venue can maximize rental income to cover operating expenses.

Photography Sessions: Sessions can be booked by a photographer or individual for $40 an hour. Access to the barn is not allowed during the session but there are 2 restrooms open outside. An appointment is required with advance, non-refundable payment. The venue owners must adjust their schedules to be on site during these sessions.
